The guarantee covers items from any U.S.-based authorized furniture retailer or chain, applies to the total customer cost (item plus delivery), and is honored by our showroom staff and online team without paperwork or approval delays.

The Details. For the match to apply, a few common-sense conditions need to be true. These exist to keep the guarantee genuine for everyone, not to give us loopholes.
Identical Item, In Stock
Same brand, same model number, same configuration (size, color, fabric, finish, configuration of pieces). The competitor must have the item in stock and available for immediate purchase.
Authorized Retailer With A Physical Storefront
The competing retailer must be an authorized seller of the brand with a physical showroom or storefront. Marketplace third-party sellers (eBay, individual Amazon sellers, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist) and parallel imports do not qualify.
Before Your Purchase
Show us the lower price before you complete your purchase. Once the order is placed, pricing is final. We cannot retroactively apply the match.
Total Price Including Delivery
The match applies to the total to the customer — item price plus delivery. If a competitor's item price is lower but their delivery cost makes the total higher, the comparison applies to the total.
What Does Not Qualify
- Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales
- "Doorbuster" or limited-quantity flash deals (under 24 hours)
- Refurbished, open-box, returned, or used inventory at the competitor

The Low Price Guarantee promises that Kassa Mall Home Furniture will match any lower advertised price on the identical in-stock item from a competing authorized retailer with a physical showroom, before you complete your purchase. Same brand, same model, same configuration. Show us the proof at the time of sale and our team adjusts your price right there.
Does the price match apply after I buy?
No — the price match applies before purchase only. The moment your order is placed, the price on that order is final. The reason we use this approach: it lets us act immediately when you bring us a lower price, without the back-and-forth of refund processing. Compare prices while you are shopping, mention any lower price you have found during the sale, and we will handle it then.
What proof do you need?
Any evidence that clearly shows the same product at the lower price — a website link, a screenshot, a printed ad, the competitor's webpage on your phone, or even a printed price tag. We just need to verify it is the identical item, in stock, currently advertised at that price. Our team can usually verify in under a minute.
Which competitors qualify for the price match?
Any authorized retailer selling the same brand — physical store or website — with a real storefront qualifies. This includes most major furniture chains, big-box retailers, and brand-direct retail. It does not include third-party marketplace listings (eBay, Amazon third-party sellers, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist), refurbished or open-box inventory, or wholesale/trade-only sellers not open to the public.
What about clearance or "doorbuster" deals?
Clearance, liquidation, going-out-of-business sales, doorbusters under 24 hours, and limited-quantity flash deals are excluded from the price match. These are designed to move limited inventory at a loss, not to set a market price, so they do not represent a price we can sustainably match.
Do you include shipping and delivery in the price comparison?
Yes — the price comparison is based on total cost to the customer, not just the item price. If a competitor lists the item at $50 less but charges $100 more for delivery, the total comes out higher with them, and our original price is already the better deal. We will walk through the math with you in the showroom.
What if the competitor sells out before I can use the match?
The competitor item must be in stock and available for purchase at the time you ask Kassa Mall to match. If it sells out, the price match can no longer be applied because there is nothing to match against. We recommend acting on a price match the same day you find it.
Will Kassa Mall go lower than the competitor's price?
No — our policy is to match the lower price, not to undercut it. The goal is to make sure you never pay more for an identical item simply because you bought from us. If a competitor is willing to go to a number for the item, we will meet them there.
How is your everyday price already so competitive?
