The purpose of a layaway account is to guarantee the price of your ordered merchandise. While we cannot promise the items will be held at the same physical location, the price you lock in at enrollment is the price you pay.
Every layaway starts with a non-refundable 25% down payment, and the remaining 75% is paid on the cadence you choose. If less than 25% has been paid, your order will not be placed with the manufacturer until the full 25% is received — and if prices increase before the 25% is met, you are responsible for the difference at the adjusted price.

The 25% down payment is non-refundable, and no refunds are issued after 7 days from the initial layaway, except in the merchandise-availability cases below:
Paid in full within 90 days: if your merchandise is not available within four weeks after your account is paid in full, you are entitled to a full refund.
Paid in full after 90 days: if your merchandise is not available within four weeks after payoff, you receive a refund of all payments less 25% of the original invoice amount. If the items were never purchased from the supplier, that 25% is credited to your account as in-store credit.
If you cancel a layaway, a 25% restocking fee applies; the non-refundable 25% down payment is kept, and any balance above that is issued as store credit, which you can use on future purchases.
A layaway account becomes delinquent when more than 30 days pass without a payment. After 90 days, delinquent accounts are canceled: payments first cover the 25% restocking fee, and any remaining balance is converted to store credit.
