Showroom Pickup — Free
Free pickup at our Houston distribution warehouse, Monday through Saturday. Our office will call or email you with the next available pickup date once your order is ready.

Delivery
Our delivery fleet runs six days a week across the Houston metro, with extended Texas routes on Tuesdays and Fridays, plus nationwide freight. Choose your service level at checkout.

Every effort is made to ensure prices, availability, and product descriptions on this website are accurate. In the rare event of a discrepancy, in-store information takes precedence.
Color & Finish
Actual colors may appear darker or lighter than shown on screen. Wood, leather, and fabric vary naturally piece to piece. For an exact match, visit our showroom or ask a specialist.
Availability
Stock levels change throughout the day. If something you ordered is delayed or out of stock, our team will reach out with options before processing.

KM provides a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturer defects on standard merchandise, and honors all applicable manufacturer warranties. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Upholstery
3-month limited warranty against manufacturer defect. Frame warranties honored; mechanisms subject to manufacturer warranty. Dye-lot variance, pilling, fading, and soiling are not covered unless stated by the manufacturer.
Leather
3-month limited warranty against manufacturer defect. Leather is natural — color variation, grain variation, wrinkles, and marks are characteristics of genuine top-grain leather, not defects.
Wood Products
3-month limited warranty against manufacturer defect. Solid and veneer wood may vary in color, grain, and natural blemishes — the source of real wood's authentic beauty.
Glass Products
Inspect all glass items (mirrors, tabletops, cabinet doors) as soon as received. No warranty applies to glass broken after receipt.
Bedding
Adheres strictly to manufacturer warranties; inspection may be required. Manufacturers cannot accept any mattress with stains — a mattress protector is strongly recommended.
Accessories, Lamps & Rugs
Inspect accessory items before purchase. No warranty applies to accessories. Regular and LED bulbs in lighted merchandise are not warrantied.
Clearance & "As-Is" Merchandise
Items marked for clearance are sold in their current condition, "As-Is," with no warranties or guarantees. Clearance items must be picked up or delivered within three days of purchase. If not collected, the item returns to sale and your deposit is held as store credit toward a future purchase.
To file a claim: inspect your merchandise on receipt and email service@kmhomefurniture.com with photos and a description of any defect within 24 hours of delivery. Your receipt is required for warranty coverage. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page. KM reserves the right to inspect, service, repair, or replace at the discretion of the Customer Service Department.

Is online shopping available all the time?
Yes — our online store is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can browse, build a cart, and place an order any time. Our phone and showroom support runs Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CT.
Why is the online price different if I use financing or lease-to-own?
Our online prices reflect the lowest cash & debit pricing. Lease-to-own and some financing providers set their own terms, so the price of certain items may change when you choose one of those options at checkout. You'll always see the applicable price before you confirm.
Can I place my order over the phone or in person?
Absolutely. Call (281) 377-8547 Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CT and our team will place the order for you. You're also welcome to visit our Katy showroom to order in person.
How will I know when my order is ready?
After you place an order, our team contacts you within one business day to confirm the details. For pickup, the office calls or emails with the next available pickup date. For delivery, we schedule your date and time window — see the Delivery Policy for the full process.
What do I need to bring for pickup?
Pickup is free at our Houston warehouse, Monday–Saturday. Bring a vehicle large enough for your items, an extra person to help load (our team can assist, but you are responsible for loading and securing the furniture), any straps or tools you need, and a photo ID matching the order.
What if the color looks different when it arrives?
Screens display color differently, so an item may appear slightly darker or lighter in person, and natural materials like wood and leather vary piece to piece. This is normal and not a defect. If you want to see an exact finish first, visit our showroom or ask a specialist.
How do the coupons work?
Qualifying orders earn coupons up to $100 total, sent by email or text in $5–$25 denominations. Spend over $599 to earn $10, over $699 for $15, over $799 for $20, and over $999 for $25. Coupons can be used across multiple orders within six months of issue.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Inspect everything on receipt and email service@kmhomefurniture.com with photos and a description within 24 hours of delivery. Keep your receipt — it's required for warranty coverage. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full claim process.
