What is the return policy for items purchased online?

Product use and care

Kassa Mall furniture is made with pride. From lumber and material selection to the final inspection, the focus is on providing you with quality furniture that will meet not only our standards, but yours as well.

Kassa Mall wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If there's a problem with an item, or if things just don't look the way you thought they would, we will work with you to find the perfect piece.


We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage on the day of delivery at (281) 377-8547

• Note: We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. For detailed procedures for any returns please contact Kassa Mall at info@kassamall.com or (281) 377-8547


You may request a return of a new, unopened, defective, or damaged item within 24 hours of purchase for a full store credit. 

There shall be no refunds/store credits for merchandise delivered or handled in good condition to Purchaser, but returned damaged.

Refunds can only be requested 24 hours after the purchase. If you requested a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of returning your item to our warehouse or giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Returns of unopened items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any product not received within 15 days after Purchaser’s receipt of return instructions will not be accepted for return.


Purchaser shall inspect all packages before receiving the items. If Purchaser feels merchandise is defective upon receipt, he must contact Kassa Mall within 1 business day thereof and provide digital photos and a description of the problem. Once Kassa Mall has determined that the merchandise is defective, Kassa Mall, at its discretion, may exchange or repair the merchandise.


Kassa Mall strives to make every customer 100% satisfied with their purchase. In the rare event that you should need to return your purchase, please see our Re-selection policies below.

Only damaged merchandise may be returned for store credit. Kassa Mall must receives notice of such return within 24 hours after Purchaser’s receipt of such merchandise.

If merchandise is not returned within 7 days from of the date of purchase, a fee of 25% of the purchase price for such merchandise will be deducted from Purchaser’s credit. Any product not received by Kassa Mall after 15 days will not be accepted for return.


Please note that we cannot accept returns on special-order items, items damaged through normal wear and tear, items in good condition or any final-sale items.


We understand that sometimes it takes a few days to see if your new furniture works for you. This is why we have created a 7-day reselection period on all normal merchandise. Select the new pieces you would like, then:

a. Call our design center at 1.281.377.8547 to assist  you selecting your new pieces

b. Schedule a second Delivery of the new pieces – we will verify take the old items with us!

You simply pay a 25% restocking fee & the applicable delivery charge based on your location. If upgrading, just add the difference and a new delivery fee will be charged.


If during the assembling process you notice that one or more parts are missing, please contact us! we will ship the parts via regular mail to the address provided within 24 hours. Please allow 1-5 business days for the parts to arrive.

If your order has been delivered, and one or more items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours and our delivery team will bring the item(s) to your home.


You can pick up your items at our Houston Home Furniture Store located at 6306 FAIRBANKS N HOUSTON RD HOUSTON, TX 77040.

If you are planning to pick up your order from our store/warehouse we encourage you to check that all items are complete and in good condition; in case you notice that one or more parts are missing please contact us and we will schedule a new pick up time to provide you all missing parts. We encourage not to use knife to open any box as they may cut or damage the surface of the furniture. Please always refer to the assembly manual.   


Our exceptional customer service is always on your side. If you are located in the great Houston Area, our skill delivery team will make sure to inspect, transport, and if you have ordered the assembling service, we will assemble and install your brand new furniture peace, and placing it in your home. Delivery rates are calculated using a formula based on the order weight/size as well as the driving distance from the closest design center to your home and the total purchase amount. The following table will provide you with an estimate of the delivery service charge. Keep in mind this value might vary depending on area/zip code.

$129 for purchases between $2,000 and $3,000
$99 for purchases between $1,000 and $2,000
$79 for purchases between $600 and $1,000
$59 for purchases between $300 and $600
$49 for purchases below $300

Our Texas home delivery service is only available to the Houston area. Home delivery is scheduled by appointment. Once your item(s) arrive at the Kassa Mall service location, a client services representative will call you to schedule your in-home delivery appointment.


Many items ship via UPS ground service. In-stock items should arrive at your home within 7 business days of receipt of your order. However, some items require additional handling time. If this applies to your item(s), it will be noted on the product detail page(s). 


Items shipping via UPS:

When your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. We estimate that in-stock items will arrive at your home within 7 business days of receipt of your order. If you have any questions regarding the status of items shipped via UPS, please contact our Internet Service Center at 281.827.4992 and a client services representative will be happy to assist you.

Items delivered via our Premier Home Delivery service:

When your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email that includes contact information for the Kassa Mall Service Center that will complete your in-home delivery.

In-home delivery items are unpacked, inspected, and prepared prior to delivery and will be set up in your home if assembly service has been added.  If the original estimated delivery time frame changes, your local Design Center or our Internet Service Center will contact you to provide updated information. When your order arrives at our Service Center, a client services representative will contact you to schedule your in-home delivery appointment. If you have any questions regarding the status of your item(s), please contact your local Design Center or our Internet Service Center at 281.827.4992 and a client services professional will be happy to assist you.

Measuring for your furniture delivery

Prior to placing your order, it is important that you consider where the items will be placed, and any potential delivery obstacles. It is important that your furniture be able to be delivered through all entryways, elevators and up or down any stairways. Measure the height and width of your entryways, including staircases, hallways, elevator doors and interiors. Make note of any fixtures, decorative moldings, and interior walls, ceiling heights, stairwells and banisters that may be obstacles once items are inside. Consider the furniture to be delivered and determine if it can go straight through entryways or if it will have to go in at an angle or on end.

Room measurement

Before purchasing products; be sure to consider windows, closets, heating vents and electrical outlets within the room. We strongly recommend using our room planner or a grid paper to plot your furniture placement. Be sure to include all items you plan to purchase, and include smaller items such as accent tables, benches, and ottomans as they have a space impact in any room.

Measure your electronics and components

Measure your television and other components that you would like to place inside of your furniture. You should measure your television, or the television you intend to purchase, before you purchase the furniture you plan to house it in or on and have the outside dimensions available in width, depth, and height. This is very important as, for example a 48" (122 cm) television may be more than 48" (122 cm) wide overall.
