Kassa Mall wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase our return policy is explained below.

We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage on the day of delivery at (281) 377-8547
• Note: We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
You may only request a return of a new and unopened, defective, or damaged item within 24 hours of purchase for a full store credit.
There shall be no refunds/store credits for merchandise delivered or handled in good condition to Purchaser, but returned damaged.
Refunds can only be requested 24 hours after the purchase. If you requested a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of returning your item to our warehouse or giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Delivery charges and assembly fees are non-refundable. Make sure all returned items are brought back to our warehouse within 7 days of purchase. If merchandise is not returned within 7 days from of the date of purchase a return will not be accepted.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on special-order items, items damaged through normal wear and tear, items in good condition or any final-sale items.
SHIPPING AND FREIGHT DAMAGE
Purchaser shall inspect all packages before receiving the items. If Purchaser feels merchandise is defective upon receipt, he must contact Kassa Mall within 1 business day thereof and provide digital photos and a description of the problem. Once Kassa Mall has determined that the merchandise is defective, Kassa Mall, at its discretion, may exchange or repair the merchandise.
7-DAY RESELECTION FOR OPEN ITEMS
Kassa Mall strives to make every customer 100% satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes it takes a few days to see if your new furniture works for you. This is why we have created a 7-day reselection period on all normal merchandise. Here is how it works:
a. Call our design center to assist you in selecting your new pieces
b. Schedule a second Delivery and we will make sure to take the old items with us!
You simply pay a 25% restocking fee & the applicable delivery&handling charge based on your location. If upgrading, just add the difference and a new delivery fee will be charged.
If during the assembling process you notice that one or more parts are missing, please contact us. We will ship the missing parts via regular mail to the address provided within 48 hours. Please allow 2-7 business days for the parts to arrive. You can also schedule a time to pick up your parts at our Houston warehouse.
PICK UP ORDERS
You can pick up your order at our Houston Home Furniture Store located at 6306 FAIRBANKS N HOUSTON RD #100 HOUSTON, TX 77040.
If you are planning to pick up your order from our store/warehouse we encourage you to check that all items are complete and in good condition; We encourage not to use knife to open any box as they may cut or damage the surface of the furniture. Knife cut items cannot be returned. Please always refer to the assembly manual.
TEXAS HOME DELIVERY
Our exceptional customer service is always on your side. If you are located in the Greater Houston Area, our skill delivery team will make sure to inspect and transport your new furniture. If you have also ordered the assembling service, we will assemble and install your furniture in your home.
Delivery rates are calculated using a formula based on the order weight/size as well as the driving distance from the closest design center to your home and the total purchase amount. The following table will provide you with an estimate of the delivery service charge. Keep in mind this value might vary depending on area/zip code.
Greater Houston Area:
Home delivery is scheduled by appointment. Once your item(s) are ready for delivery a client services representative will call you to schedule your in-home delivery appointment. Your local Design Center or our Internet Service Center will contact you to provide updated information.
