Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you’ll find the experience quick and painless! You’ll be able to review your order and make changes practically every step of the way. Plus, online shopping is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!

Please note: All hours listed are Central Time. Holiday hours may vary. We will post any special hours/closings on our website, as well as on social media.

Of course, you can always come into the store to place your order—and to have a freshly baked cookie on us!

Shipping and Delivery

Each product detail page lists an estimated time when that item will be available in our facility. When placing your order, you may request a delivery date during the checkout process, by adding the preferred delivery date on the notes' space . The next steps in the delivery process depend on whether the order is being delivered within the city of Houston, or to cities surrounding Houston.

Customers with delivery in the city of Houston will receive a confirmation email as well as a call prior to the delivery date. On the delivery date you will receive a call or text message 30 min - 1 hour  before the delivery drivers arrive.

Customers with delivery outside the city of Houston will receive a confirmation email as well as a call prior to the delivery date.  Once the items leave our facility, the delivery driver will contact you within 1-2 hours before arriving at your home.
